Six Technical Work Groups (TWGs) supplement the efforts of the Michigan Climate Action Council. These groups have an advisory role to the stakeholders and are tasked with providing technical analysis and designing policy options for consideration. TWGs focus on specific issues and sectors of the economy and consist of MCAC members (or their technical designees) plus other technical experts as needed.
